Camp this year was different since we moved locations for the fist time in over 14 years. At Au Grand Bois the most noticeable difference for me was
the food. It is a vegetarian camp, per the request of the owners, and so we had to adjust. As a meat-eating, meat-eater things were especially
difficult for me. How did I do it? Well I had such a good time with everyone there that there wasn't much time to feel hungry. In addition, I ate 4
bowls of cereal in the morning which would compensate for a partially missed meal later in the day. All-in-all it was manageable but when I got back
to civilization I immediately hit up an all you can eat buffet and gorged on meat for two weeks--the goal being to consume twice as much meat as I
was deprived of--a little 'Martin Justice.'
The Martin point is soooo much cooler than
the Hero pose, :)

I can smell talent; and in front of you is raw talent if I've ever
seen it!

Payam insisted that I take pictures every time he did any
work.

Not a fan of baked beans I sufficed on bread the first lunch. Was I
worried? Yes. Could I hold out? Yes.

Here I peaced the salad and prudently tried the lasagna. For those
of you who don't know me, I am very picky. In fact, I once took the time to write out every food I liked and dis-liked which you can see
here.

 Mid-afternoon snack.

Although it may appear that I am being picky, I had to prepare my
palate for TVP.

 Navid @ 40.

 The leaning tower of...

Tip: Use real, not soy milk, for deserts.
Unfortunately, the rice on the left was a bit burnt and the one on
the left was undercooked. Is that a Christmas tree?

 TVP!
Diversity = leftovers....an old robsi secret revealed exclusively
here for you.

I think it'll be funny to put food colouring in the water...lets
see what happens...

 mmm...
"tastes like water with food colouring."

 (drank the whole glass!)

We told her it was lime green juice.

 <insert funny caption here>
The zoo called right afterward and offered me my own show.

"Are you sure you signed this order allowing meat to me served to
Martin and Payam?"

What's with the CITs always doing the dishes?

Note: Mike was standing on a stool at the time--which
explains why he nearly comes up to Lua's shoulders in this picture.

Writing funny things on the board won't change the food!
Even I got my hands dirty!

Mary is soooooooo cool!

 "the mark of the beast."

The most dreaded sight the whole week.
